Eat The Left – Ch III (con't).....

I've wrestled with these ideas for many years. Lately I have come to believe that our accomplishments have an internal reward. The path laid out to school children is to work for the corporations, achieve the status symbols of car, house, bling-bling to show the world you've made it. We strive for the internal payback and artists know this and create their works. They need materials however and only jobs or grants or cash can buy those materials.
jobs or grants or cash allow you to participate in the World of Men. you might want to think about this.
if you HAVE to do art, materials will be attracted to you like a iron fillings to a magnet.
one way to be sure this happens is to form a materials buying co-op.
like the man said, "Trust in Allah, but don't forget to tie your camel." and the other guy who said: "trust in God, but be sure to plant your cabbages."

mmmmm, cab-bige (drool).....
